This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in multi-channel prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn activities (including video), voicemail drops, and more.
• Convert leads by responding to GTM campaign-sourced inquiries within 24 hours, conducting initial discovery, and securing meetings.
• Maintain qualification standards by ensuring that every scheduled meeting aligns with fit and intent criteria, thereby safeguarding the AE calendar.
• Conduct account research and maintain hygiene by enriching contact information, logging intent signals, and ensuring CRM accuracy.
• Utilize modern sales technologies by blending automation with human judgment, including outreach sequences, ChatGPT/Claude for rapid personalization, Avoma for call summaries, and Notion AI for note synchronization.
• Experiment and document outcomes by A/B testing subject lines, call introductions, and channel mixes, while contributing successful strategies to the SDR playbook.
• Establish a cross-functional feedback loop by meeting weekly with Sales, GTM, and MOps teams to bridge the “lead-to-pipeline” data gap.
• 1–3 years of successful experience as an outbound SDR/BDR in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven history of achieving a minimum number of meetings and dollar pipeline targets each month.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Daily proficiency in Salesforce, along with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach or Salesloft.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• A strong sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and discipline in data management.
