This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Filter contact lists in HubSpot to generate enrollment segments for email campaigns.
• Enroll potential clients into focused, multi-step email sequences to bolster outbound sales initiatives.
• Oversee and uphold email sequences, timing, and segmentation to guarantee relevant and impactful outreach.
• Make 60–100 outbound calls daily.
• Adhere to the approved outreach script, messaging flows, and objection-handling techniques provided for each client.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings directly on the client’s calendar based on established qualification criteria.
• Document all call outcomes, notes, and statuses within the client’s HubSpot CRM.
• Return inbound calls from prospects who respond to your outreach efforts.
• Review voicemails, return calls promptly, and log all activities in HubSpot.
• Continue to nurture warm prospects with follow-up messages and call attempts according to the designated cadence.
• C1 English proficiency or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence when engaging on the phone.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Capability to consistently follow structured scripts and appointment-setting frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail regarding call logs, notes, and CRM processes.
• Dependable, disciplined, and capable of working independently within daily activity targets.
• Experience collaborating with MSPs, IT solutions, cybersecurity, or B2B service providers.
• Base salary: $1,500 to $2,000 USD/month, with a total OTE of $4,000 USD/month.
