This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages, and voicemail drops aimed at enterprise accounts.
• Following up on leads generated from GTM campaigns within 24 hours, conducting brief discovery calls, and securing qualified meetings.
• Evaluating each booked meeting based on fit and intent criteria to safeguard the AE calendar.
• Conducting research and enriching account information, logging intent signals, and ensuring CRM accuracy within Salesforce.
• Utilizing modern sales tools, including Outreach sequences, Apollo, Clay, and AI applications for personalization and research purposes.
• Performing A/B testing on subject lines, call openers, and channel mixes. Documenting successes and contributing to the SDR playbook.
• Participating in weekly meetings with sales and GTM teams to bridge the lead-to-pipeline data gap.
• C1-C2 proficiency in the English language. Exceptional written and spoken English is essential for outreach.
• 1 to 5 years of experience as an outbound SDR or BDR in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of 100% outbound success with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Daily proficiency with Salesforce as a working tool.
• Experience with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Inquisitive, coachable, and disciplined in data management. Comfortable with experimenting, measuring, and iterating.
• Residing in Brazil or anywhere in Latin America with availability during Brasilia business hours.
• **Location: **100% Remote (Brasilia time zone)
• **Compensation: **$30,000 to $40,000 USD/yearly + uncapped commission
• **PTO: **33 days vacation + Brazilian national holidays
