This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Effectively inform the public about the advantages of solar energy and Sunrun Solar while identifying the goals of potential customers.
⢠Assess the roof materials of prospects to determine their eligibility for solar installation.
⢠Address and resolve objections with integrity.
⢠Ensure that prospective customers comprehend the benefits of solar energy and are fully informed about their consent to a signed sales agreement.
⢠Establish realistic expectations with prospective customers regarding the necessary steps to acquire a solar system from Sunrun.
⢠Manage inquiries from solar prospects via email and online chat.
⢠High School Diploma is mandatory.
⢠A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center setting is required.
⢠Proficient communication skills in English are essential for this role; fluency in an additional language is a plus.
⢠A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed are necessary.
⢠Competence in using email, Google Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with Salesforce being preferred.
⢠Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts is required.
