This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Perform targeted outreach to high-level decision-makers in banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.
• Implement multi-channel engagement strategies, including LinkedIn, customized emails, telephonic outreach, and WhatsApp communication.
• Effectively present and position the workshop to ensure registrations and attendance.
• Foster relationships with C-suite executives through consultative and value-oriented discussions.
• Keep accurate and thorough records of outreach efforts, RSVP confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure that all communications meet professional standards and align with project expectations.
• Meet project objectives, including securing confirmed participants for the event.
• Engage in ongoing coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a comparable outbound sales position.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional and consultative demeanor.
• Capability to navigate intricate organizational structures and identify key decision-makers.
• Familiarity with multi-channel outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, calls, messaging platforms).
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and tracking capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
