Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in Best Case software, including solutions, value propositions, and customer use cases.

• Create impactful first impressions and establish rapport with customers and potential clients.

• Engage current customers and warm leads to promote new offerings and enhance adoption.

• Cultivate authentic relationships through personalized outreach.

• Connect with potential clients via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

• Respond promptly to incoming leads and execute targeted outbound prospecting efforts.

• Customize messaging to align with customer roles and requirements.

• Keep timely and accurate records in Salesforce.com and adhere to engagement processes.

• Achieve or surpass quarterly performance targets.

• Attend trade shows as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software sales (SDR/BDR or a comparable role).

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

• Strong skills in time management.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to evolving strategies and tools.

• Confidence in making daily outbound calls and engaging prospects through various channels.

• Capability to evaluate lead quality and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven history of exceeding sales targets or quotas.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Enthusiasm for building a career in technology sales.

• Experience within the legal sector, particularly in consumer bankruptcy, is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
