This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
• Clean and develop target lists based on sector, size, and persona.
• Engage in high-volume cold calling to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.
• Adhere to structured phone and email cadences with basic personalization.
• Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and ensure a smooth handover.
• Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre-call briefs.
• Accurately log all calls, notes, and data in HubSpot.
• Nurture older leads and revive prospects.
• Research sector-specific opportunities, such as property service charges or changes in Making Tax Digital reporting, to propose targeted outbound campaigns.
• Sales Support and Administrative Responsibilities
• Filter, triage, and respond to inbound web inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and directing genuine opportunities to the appropriate colleague.
• Enrich and validate target list data through online research, LinkedIn, Companies House, and company sources to enhance accuracy, segmentation, and conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM data quality by updating records, filling in missing fields, and managing duplicates to ensure sales visibility.
• Track simple pipeline and activity metrics, including meetings booked, show rates, lead progress, and aging—proactively highlighting risks or gaps.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of outbound campaigns by organizing segmented lead lists and updating activity reports.
• Help with post-meeting administration, such as updating deal stages, confirming attendance, and ensuring a smooth handover to senior colleagues.
• Monitor warm leads and inbound channels (web forms, referrals, email inquiries) to ensure nothing is overlooked and that responses are managed promptly.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, SDR, or outbound call center roles.
• Confident communicator on the phone with a clear and professional demeanor.
• Resilient, motivated, and driven by targets.
• Proficient Salesforce or HubSpot user (data entry, task management, basic reporting).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Remote-ready setup with the capability to work UK hours.
• Experience in scheduling meetings within professional services or financial advisory sectors.
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, and sequencing tools.
• Comfortable with basic research and data enrichment techniques.
