This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within our current customer base and qualified leads.
• Perform outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and various other communication channels.
• Assess customer requirements and arrange meetings for Account Managers.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies for customers.
• Keep precise records and track activities in Salesforce.
• Work closely with Account Managers to enhance pipeline growth.
• Utilize advanced sales and AI-driven tools to boost efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or a comparable sales position, preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• A proactive, commercially-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on achieving outcomes.
• Comfort in working towards targets and performance indicators.
• Highly organized with a solid CRM management practice.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools is an advantage.
