Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers throughout the United States

• Present services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner

• Engage with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners

• Establish rapport, pose qualifying questions, and identify potential clients who align with the services offered

• Address common inquiries and objections in a professional manner

• Schedule qualified appointments and accurately coordinate calendars

• Maintain precise CRM records, including call results, notes, and follow-up tasks

• Participate in call reviews, role-playing sessions, and continuous coaching

• Clear spoken English that is easily comprehensible to customers in the United States

• Confidence in engaging with senior business decision-makers over the phone

• Ability to ask insightful questions and grasp customer needs

• Openness to receiving and implementing feedback

• A positive attitude and persistence when faced with rejection

• A genuine curiosity about businesses and the capability to uncover opportunities through conversation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining CRM records and follow-up tasks

• Quick adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales techniques

• Professionalism and integrity in customer interactions

• Ability to adhere to a structured sales process while sounding genuine and conversational

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory
