This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified sales prospects by engaging new accounts through extensive calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach aimed at senior decision-makers within enterprises.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries (Trials & Webinars) and transform them into qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.
• Reestablish connections and nurture relationships with older cold leads and stalled projects to continuously enhance the pipeline.
• Identify potential clients through networking and determine the most effective ways to engage decision-makers.
• Revitalize dormant opportunities in the database, contributing valuable business to the organization.
• Actively interact with website visitors via live chat during business hours, initiate meaningful discussions, qualify potential leads, gather key requirements, and convert these interactions into sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Oversee all potential clients and opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring that all communications are accurately recorded and necessary documentation is attached.
• Clearly communicate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, its values, and capabilities to prospects via phone and email communication.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly targets.
• Proficient in Spanish (professional/native proficiency) with strong English communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Possess 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and technical sales, particularly focused on new business acquisition.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with managers, executives, and peers.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
• Familiarity with mobile device platforms is preferred.
