This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Generate new sales opportunities by managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach (calls, emails, utilizing Salesforce CRM and other enablement tools).
• Assess the needs of prospective clients and recommend suitable products or services.
• Proactively pursue new business opportunities in the marketplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for SOPHiA GENETICS, relaying market feedback to teams throughout the organization.
• Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives.
• Reach out to potential customers through cold-calling or by responding to inquiries generated from marketing initiatives and events.
• Develop strategies for sales outreach to engage potential buyers or solicit new customers.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and assess their interests and suitability to drive sales.
• Present product information to customers after identifying their specific needs.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.
• Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company’s objectives and targets are achieved.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales position.
• Background in science.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English at a business level.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capacity to handle multiple requests and time-sensitive demands simultaneously.
• Driven and self-motivated with a strong ambition to succeed.
• Familiarity with various sales tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Outreach, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
