
Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Create and cultivate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
• Identify and engage both prospective and existing clients, qualify opportunities, and arrange meetings for the sales team
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady influx of qualified leads
• Organize qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly performance goals for outreach and meetings
• Keep abreast of cybersecurity trends, solutions, and market changes
• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles (ideally within cybersecurity, technology, or B2B sectors)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of articulating complex concepts to business audiences
• Knowledge of prospecting, qualification, and meeting scheduling within a sales cycle
• Preferably experienced with outbound phone engagement, including high-volume activity (up to ~75 calls per day)
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Exposure to cybersecurity solutions is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline metrics
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Team-oriented individual capable of cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
