Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Execute inbound and outbound prospecting activities, which include cold calls, email outreach, and engaging on LinkedIn.

• Investigate and pinpoint potential leads and target accounts that meet established criteria.

• Utilize various tools and resources such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo to create and sustain a robust pipeline of prospects.

• Assess leads to determine their compatibility with our ideal customer profile and to understand their requirements.

• Record and update lead information and interactions within our CRM system.

• Work in tandem with the marketing team to synchronize lead-generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

• Partner with the sales team to facilitate the transition of qualified leads for further engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable successful experience in outbound lead generation, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based model.

• Excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Highly organized and strategic in managing workflow.

• Strong communication and listening skills in English: capable of handling objections and receptive to feedback and coaching.

• A proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving or surpassing targets.

• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities to work closely with sales teams.
