This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and engage potential sellers through outbound phone prospecting using targeted lists.
• Conduct qualification discussions and schedule high-quality appointments for our entrepreneurs.
• Keep precise records of outreach activities, conversations, and appointments in our CRM.
• Achieve weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals, contributing to a reliable origination pipeline.
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR: A track record of success in an outbound SDR position, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong telephone presence: Ability to quickly establish rapport, communicate a clear value proposition, and manage objections with poise.
• Resilience: Consistently engage in activities despite facing rejection, with the discipline to maintain performance over time.
• CRM proficiency: Comfortable working systematically within a CRM and reporting on pipeline metrics.
