This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through email, phone, and online platforms;
• Assess opportunities and forward them to the sales department;
• Cultivate leads generated from campaigns, events, and inbound marketing efforts;
• Maintain the CRM by detailing interactions and history;
• Perform strategic follow-ups throughout the lead's journey;
• Work together with marketing and sales teams to enhance conversion rates.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
• At least 6 months of experience as an SDR, in presales, or in roles involving customer interaction;
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar tools;
• Experience in managing B2B relationships;
• Background in the real estate sector;
• Understanding of outbound and inbound sales strategies;
• Familiarity with extended sales cycles.
