This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media for lead generation and opportunity creation.
• Perform discovery calls to assess and qualify leads as viable sales opportunities.
• Build, enhance, and sustain positive relationships with business clients and customers through effective follow-ups on initial interactions, nurturing long-term prospects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate targeted sales strategies.
• Provide insights and feedback from client engagements to refine sales approaches and contribute to product development.
• Maintain an organized and updated pipeline of prospects and current clients using CRM and various prospecting tools.
• Keep informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Meet established sales targets and deliver outcomes within the designated timeframe.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS outbound sales within the North American market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations that cater to the audience's needs.
• Proficiency in CRM and prospecting software.
• Familiarity with various outbound sales techniques and pipeline management practices.
• Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Availability to work in the US time zone, specifically from 6 pm to 3 am IST.
