This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify key personas within your high-value accounts and establish a solid foundation for a durable, long-term relationship.
β’ Engage in thoughtful prospecting activities, which include relevant and personalized calls, as well as social and email outreach. We anticipate 40-50 meaningful activities daily.
β’ Arrange discovery calls for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives.
β’ Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate successful campaigns.
β’ Represent the Sift brand at industry conferences.
β’ Over 5 years of prior experience in sales development (preferably in SaaS, Tech, or startup environments).
β’ Proficient in using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
β’ BA/BS degree from an accredited institution (Business or Technical major is a plus) or equivalent experience.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational abilities.
β’ Demonstrates executive presence.
β’ A strong passion for sales with a desire to cultivate a career in software and technology.
