This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, text messages, and emails.
• Clearly convey and inform clients about the features and advantages of the company’s products and services.
• Accurately log all leads and prospects into the sales CRM promptly.
• Systematically organize tasks and sales opportunities across various computer systems.
• Achieve departmental sales goals for monthly revenue generated from sales activities while maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction levels.
• Undertake any additional tasks, responsibilities, or special projects as assigned.
• Experience in B2B sales via phone, internet, or face-to-face interactions.
• Preference for candidates with experience in advertising and cold calling.
• Technologically savvy and capable of quickly learning new software applications.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound and inside sales.
• Must be highly comfortable working with KPIs and achieving aggressive closing rates.
• Strong persuasive communication abilities and effective listening skills.
• Must be receptive to coaching, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on details, possessing effective time management and organizational skills.
• Permanent remote work position.
