• Take ownership of outbound activities from strategy development to execution, including cold calls, tailored sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Refine and enhance inbound MQL handoffs.
• Coordinate discovery preparations and demos with actual accounts.
• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts within government, legal, and enterprise sectors.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign implementation and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Maintain a tidy HubSpot environment and ensure your activity data is accurate.
• Achieve monthly goals for meetings scheduled and pipeline generated.
• 1–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR with a proven history of meeting pipeline objectives.
• Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems, including HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Capability to engage in discovery discussions with senior stakeholders, not just arrange them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at customizing outreach rather than merely sending sequences.
• Familiarity and experience with AI tools.
• A strong sense of curiosity and resilience.
• Background or a genuine interest in ECM, information governance, or data management is a significant plus.
• Experience with government, legal, or enterprise accounts is an added advantage.
