This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a sales pipeline through proactive outreach efforts via phone, video, email, and social media platforms.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline-generation objectives, ensuring a steady and consistent performance.
• Implement focused outbound campaigns to engage key stakeholders within enterprise accounts, facilitating meetings that lead to qualified opportunities.
• Assess inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives by conducting discovery sessions to evaluate fit, urgency, and readiness to buy.
• Increase awareness within target accounts through regular, tailored email campaigns and encourage participation in webinars, events, and executive briefings.
• Conduct research and mapping of accounts to identify multiple decision-makers, customizing outreach for multi-threaded engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategies, coverage, and territory planning to optimize enterprise penetration.
• Utilize CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to track activities, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Engage in pipeline reviews and forecast discussions, providing transparency regarding your activities and outcomes.
• Stay informed about product developments, competitive insights, and industry trends to engage prospects with credibility and confidence.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an SDR/BDR or in inside sales, with a proven success record in outbound prospecting to enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding inside sales and pipeline-generation targets.
• Previous experience in cold calling and generating new leads.
• Strong, positive phone skills alongside excellent listening, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and tools (e.g., email sequencing, call cadences, LinkedIn, intent data).
• Driven by both individual and team accomplishments.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-Suite) across various functions.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and inquisitive about resolving complex business challenges.
