This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Support all facets of the sales process, including research, outbound engagement, management of inbound leads, coordinating sales calls, crafting and maintaining proposals, responding to RFPs, and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Diligently record activities in our system of record.
• Provide reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results.
• Collaborate with management to create structured sales playbooks for both product and service offerings, while establishing and enhancing sales processes in conjunction with management.
• Oversee and sustain a pipeline of interested prospects, coordinating with Sales for subsequent actions.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the solutions and services provided by our company, as well as the distinctive value each practice offers.
• Successfully implement high-volume outbound prospecting initiatives through phone, email, and social media channels.
• Cultivate leads and foster relationships by engaging prospects through various warm and cold outreach methods.
• Participate in conferences to represent a range of products and services.
• Enable smooth collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
• Actively seek feedback and engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and boost overall performance.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience.
• Quick learner with a willingness to explore various tactics.
• Strong technical skills and the capability to learn new tools and software.
• High level of business acumen and professionalism.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and robust analytical skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Fearless and optimistic outlook – eager to take calculated risks while being a collaborative team player, showing resilience in challenging situations.
• Excellent time management skills; adept at prioritizing effectively, meeting deadlines, collaborating with others, and following through on tasks.
• Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent software.
