This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Evaluate incoming leads based on established ICP criteria.
• Engage in prospecting activities within targeted accounts across various industries.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers.
• Implement multi-touch outbound outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with warm and recycled leads.
• Work in collaboration with marketing on campaign follow-ups.
• Continuously test and refine outreach messaging.
• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or a sales role focused on outbound activities.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of daily activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Strong written communication skills, with a focus on original content over templates.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
• Proficient in HubSpot.
• Excellent command of the English language.
