This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, engage, and assess potential clients
• Evaluate and qualify incoming leads
• Direct qualified leads to the sales team
• Assist companies in making data-informed decisions based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Track metrics and KPIs to enhance processes and achieve improved outcomes
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or similar fields
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in Portuguese
• Skill in maintaining an organized workspace and managing tasks effectively
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Driven by goals and results
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing
