This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages, and voicemail drops aimed at enterprise accounts.
• Promptly following up on leads generated by GTM campaigns within 24 hours, conducting brief discovery discussions, and securing qualified appointments.
• Assessing each scheduled meeting against fit and intent criteria to safeguard the AE calendar.
• Conducting research and enriching account information, logging intent signals, and ensuring CRM accuracy within Salesforce.
• Utilizing contemporary sales tools such as Outreach sequences, Apollo, Clay, and AI technologies for personalization and research purposes.
• Executing A/B testing for subject lines, call openers, and channel combinations. Documenting successes and contributing to the SDR playbook.
• Participating in weekly meetings with sales and GTM teams to bridge the lead-to-pipeline data gap.
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level.
• 1 to 5 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in the B2B SaaS sector, specifically targeting the North American market.
• Proven track record of 100% outbound success with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Daily working proficiency with Salesforce as a primary tool.
• Familiarity with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or a comparable system.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• A curious, coachable, and data-driven mindset; comfortable with experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience in selling to or working within the events industry.
• Practical experience using Apollo and Clay for prospecting and account enrichment.
• Active utilization of AI tools in daily outreach for personalization, research, and sequencing purposes.
• Background in a company with similar product-led growth or SaaS deal sizes ranging from $20K to $1M.
• Experience in developing or contributing to an SDR playbook from the ground up.
• **Location: **100% Remote anywhere in Brazil
• **Compensation: **$40,000 USD/yearly + uncapped commission
• **PTO: **33 days vacation + Brazilian national holidays
