This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement an extensive outbound strategy utilizing cold calls, cold emails, and social selling to engage decision-makers within designated target accounts, concentrating on small to mid-market segments and agencies;

• Conduct research and identify key contacts within target organizations, establish initial connections, and coordinate introductory meetings;

• Participate in relevant industry conferences to network with prospective clients, identify leads, and arrange follow-up meetings with decision-makers;

• Leverage CRM systems and outreach automation tools to accurately manage data and track interactions;

• Develop customized messaging and outreach materials that align with the specific business needs and market context of potential clients, especially digital-native organizations and agencies;

• Facilitate sales meetings and assist prospects through the registration and activation process on the platform, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to active campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or a similar outbound-focused position;

• Strong research and prospect profiling skills to support targeted outreach initiatives;

• Experience collaborating with digital-native companies;

• Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is advantageous;

• Experience targeting mid-market and small companies and agencies, with a solid understanding of the DACH market and its business landscape;

• Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools;

• Excellent networking skills and a proactive approach to conference involvement and establishing new connections;

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in German and English (C1 or higher).
