This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform outbound cold calls to doctors, clinics, and referral sources to present services and create opportunities.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Organize and arrange meetings for leadership with potential referral sources.
• Monitor outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status within company systems.
• Keep consistent communication with prospects and referral partners.
• Support lead generation and business development efforts.
• Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and various operational tasks.
• Adjust to shifting priorities and take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in all verbal and written communications.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Strong skills in cold calling and relationship building.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
• Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with healthcare professionals and business contacts.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software.
• Highly adaptable, flexible, and eager to assist across various areas of the business.
• Experience with healthcare providers or referral-based businesses is a plus.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
