This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will conduct outbound calls and schedule qualified demo/consultation meetings with relevant decision-makers (from department heads to C-level executives).
• You will work with structured lead lists, enhance them through independent research when necessary, and prioritize leads effectively.
• You will reliably document your conversation outcomes in our CRM system.
• You will actively optimize outbound playbooks and provide operational feedback from practical experiences to our internal team or the client.
• Depending on the project, you will be part of our regular strategy meetings and contribute actively to the enhancement of sales tactics.
• You will act as a trusted, professional first contact on behalf of our clients—with sensitivity and a clear focus on objectives.
• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing.
• You can engage with decision-makers at eye level, handle objections professionally, and do not easily get dismissed.
• You work reliably, structured, and independently from home.
• You are self-employed and ideally have the capacity for 1–3 projects per week (depending on scope and availability).
• You possess fluent German language skills, both spoken and written (C1+).
• Pre-filtered project inquiries with clearly defined requirements and reasonable compensation systems.
• 100% remote work, with flexible scheduling based on project scope and agreements.
