This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives (SEs) to maintain a continuous flow of prospects aimed at achieving sales goals.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, assessing their qualifications.
• Execute SDR marketing initiatives, including crafting campaigns such as email newsletters and social media posts that drive lead generation.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service.
• Arrange quality meetings for Sales Executives with prospects and qualified leads.
• Create account plans with SEs, targeting specific regions and implementing strategies to establish new contacts.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to proactively identify the best leads for particular products or services.
• Design campaigns with marketing support to enhance the effectiveness of prospecting, including tracking prospect responses to marketing efforts and assessing their level of interest.
• Qualify and disqualify inbound leads: understand their needs, funnel them appropriately (including to the Sales Executive), and assess fit.
• Maintain warm relationships for future opportunities if a lead is not the right contact at the moment.
• Represent ReSource Pro's products and services, leveraging extensive knowledge and consumer research to demonstrate how our solutions fulfill prospective clients' needs.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on qualified leads; coordinate with Sales Executives on meeting schedules and follow-up strategies.
• Proactively identify accounts not currently listed in Salesforce through research, cold calling, and prospecting efforts.
• Continuously acquire knowledge of new technology to utilize programs and platforms effectively and apply that knowledge.
• Utilize tools, including software and platforms, to log data and advance leads through the pipeline.
• Exhibit data management skills and employ advanced functions and analytics for effective outreach and discovery reporting.
• Efficiently monitor outreach cadence and leverage technology for scheduling and development.
• Engage actively in ReSource Pro's sales, product, and service training programs, and fully participate in department-level training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure a robust pipeline for sales objectives and learn from SEs to improve role effectiveness.
• Contribute to team efforts by working cooperatively within Business Development and other departments, including Marketing.
• Cross-collaborate to gather insights from marketing, product, and sales executives.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Proven success in surpassing lead targets.
• Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Business, Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Demonstrated technological proficiency, including Salesforce, for efficiently managing customer contacts, reporting activities, and conversations.
• Excellent sales instincts with the capacity to engage in high-level discussions with prospects and qualified leads.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Exceptional planning, highly organized skills, and effective time management.
• Strong research capabilities to identify accounts, contacts, territories, and suitable communication channels.
• Ability to collaborate within a competitive environment and support team success.
• Strategic thinking capability and willingness to learn from SEs to enhance role effectiveness.
