This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Outbound Prospecting: Initiate calls, send emails, and engage with Australian businesses through LinkedIn.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct research on companies, verify alignment, and identify IT challenges or growth opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Managing Director and ensure participant attendance.
• CRM Management: Maintain the HubSpot CRM with precise notes and updates on prospect status.
• Reporting: Provide daily activity reports, participate in weekly sales meetings, and offer market insights.
• KPIs: Daily: 20–30 calls, 20 LinkedIn outreach efforts, 10 tailored emails, and CRM updates. Monthly: 8–12 qualified meetings arranged, over 100 prospects added to the CRM, and steady pipeline growth.
• Experience collaborating with Australian clients.
• Prior experience in B2B appointment setting, SDR, telemarketing, or sales roles.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Strong communication abilities and relationship-building expertise.
• Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment.
• Self-driven and well-organized.
