This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate inbound leads and assist in educating them about Readymode's products and services.
• Conduct outbound prospecting (both cold and warm) using video, social media, phone, and email.
• Research and establish your own pipeline of potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn to engage with and manage prospects effectively.
• Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• At least 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS setting.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) alongside active listening abilities to foster customer relationships.
• A genuine interest in technology and cloud-based solutions.
• A self-motivated individual who is results-driven and goal-oriented.
• A coachable team player with a positive mindset.
• Inquisitive, persistent, and adaptable in a learning-focused environment.
• Previous sales experience in a SaaS context (Bonus points).
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.) (Bonus points).
• Experience in prospecting and generating your own leads (Bonus points).
