This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to present the company's services and solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through organized conversations.
• Attain a minimum of 120 minutes of talk time each day.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Comprehend client needs and align them with appropriate SaaS or digital solutions.
• Keep precise records of calls, leads, and follow-ups within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve daily and weekly objectives for calls, lead generation, and meeting arrangements.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
• Capability to manage objections and steer conversations towards successful outcomes.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and calling procedures is an advantage.
