This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create and implement strategies for lead generation and sales outreach.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, embodying the values of ProsperOps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company objectives.
• Engage in ongoing education about our products and the cloud FinOps market.
• Participate in technology and market-relevant conferences to promote the ProsperOps brand and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Previous experience in sales development, especially in technology or cloud-based services targeting technical engineering or FinOps Leaders, is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of the cloud computing and financial management industries, or a strong willingness to learn.
• A basic understanding of CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to effectively track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
• Strong phone communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging and establishing relationships with prospects.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, critical for effectively conveying the value of ProsperOps' solutions to potential clients.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage and interpret prospect data and sales opportunities.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, marketing teams, and other cross-functional departments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively to enhance efficiency and achieve sales targets.
• Strong listening skills to comprehend and respond to prospect needs, ensuring a customized and impactful sales strategy.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in an efficient and structured manner.
