Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for initiating business relationships with potential clients.

• Your primary goal will be to secure First Meetings or create alternative conversation environments.

• Outbound management: You will handle two strategic lines: re-engagement and outbound from scratch.

• Inbound management: You will immediately qualify leads coming from marketing.

• Multichannel execution: You will design and implement contact cadences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in SDR roles, business development, or B2B sales.

• Previous experience working in agencies or consulting firms is essential.

• Hard Skills: Prior research and database generation.

• Execution of contact cadences.

• Management and analytics in CRM.

• Use and integration of Artificial Intelligence.

• Support for the commercial team.

• Soft Skills: Social skills and initiative.

• Knowledge of the business and industry.

• Opportunity detection.

• Signal identification.
