This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Generate new business opportunities through mass communication channels such as email, SMS, and phone to promote our SaaS solution in the target market.
β’ Assist the sales team with outbound strategies and lead generation initiatives.
β’ Maintain data for potential clients in our CRM, ensuring that all communications are documented and information is kept accurate.
β’ Create a robust pipeline of prospective clients by identifying potential leads and transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.
β’ Employ innovative methods to engage and establish rapport, ensuring your portfolio of prospects is well-maintained.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales, specifically in a B2B environment.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve success.
β’ Capability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work setting.
β’ Previous experience in lead generation.
β’ Must be an effective problem-solver and open to collaboration.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce.
β’ Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding defined activity quotas.
β’ Receptive to coaching and eager to learn and adjust based on feedback.
β’ Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.
β’ Must be flexible and think creatively to proactively resolve potential challenges and issues.
