• Generate new business opportunities through mass communication channels such as email, SMS, and phone to promote our SaaS solution in the target market.
• Assist the sales team with outbound strategies and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain data for potential clients in our CRM, ensuring that all communications are documented and information is kept accurate.
• Create a robust pipeline of prospective clients by identifying potential leads and transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Employ innovative methods to engage and establish rapport, ensuring your portfolio of prospects is well-maintained.
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales, specifically in a B2B environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve success.
• Capability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work setting.
• Previous experience in lead generation.
• Must be an effective problem-solver and open to collaboration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding defined activity quotas.
• Receptive to coaching and eager to learn and adjust based on feedback.
• Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be flexible and think creatively to proactively resolve potential challenges and issues.
