This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Generate new business through mass communication methods such as email, SMS, and phone to present our SaaS solution to the target market.
• Assist the sales team with outbound strategies and efforts to generate leads.
• Create a robust pipeline of potential customers by identifying leads and passing on qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Employ innovative techniques to engage and foster relationships, ensuring the maintenance of your prospect portfolio.
• Oversee data management for potential clients in our CRM, guaranteeing all communications are recorded and information is accurate.
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales, particularly in a B2B context.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to achieve success.
• Capable of adapting and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in lead generation is essential.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to collaborate.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding established activity quotas.
• Open to coaching and has a strong desire to learn and adapt based on feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be flexible and think creatively to proactively tackle potential challenges or issues.
• Monthly incentive bonus: COP 691,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance.
• You will also qualify for sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
