This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Qualification of inbound leads
• Promptly respond to incoming leads from marketing initiatives, website inquiries, events, and other sources
• Engage with potential clients to ascertain their needs, challenges, and level of interest
• Evaluate leads against ideal customer profiles and transfer sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
• Cultivate early-stage leads through personalized follow-ups and sharing of relevant content
• Outbound prospecting efforts
• Research and pinpoint target accounts and decision-makers within the ideal customer profiles
• Implement outbound campaigns through cold calls, tailored emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods
• Generate interest, schedule qualified meetings, and establish robust top-of-funnel opportunities
• Maintain consistent activity levels and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline development
• Collaboration and reporting responsibilities
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead transfer and efficient sales follow-up
• Accurately document all activities and prospect details in the CRM system
• Share market insights and competitive intelligence to enhance the overall sales strategy
• Located in Malta and available to work standard US East Coast business hours (9–5 pm)
• Over 1 year of experience in outbound phone sales, SDR, or business development (preferably in SaaS and Cybersecurity)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident phone demeanor with the ability to manage objections
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets
• Comfortable balancing both inbound responsiveness and proactive outbound prospecting efforts
• Coachable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about advancing in a sales career
• Capable of building meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-level executives
