This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• You will play a key role in our brand growth by identifying high-potential prospects using established criteria and business insights.

• You will profile accounts by discovering key decision-makers and their initial business needs.

• Your responsibilities will include executing strategic cold outreach based on curated lead sources.

• You will introduce our brand to new clients through engaging, scripted messaging.

• Building and nurturing relationships while qualifying leads for our external sales team will be essential.

• You will utilize curated sales materials to inform and inspire potential clients.

• Supporting designated accounts and fostering a loyal client base will be part of your role.

• You will identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance interiors with seamless sophistication.

• Capturing and optimizing High Performing Activities in our CRM to achieve targets is a key responsibility.

• You will send thoughtful follow-ups, including thank you notes and product mailers.

• Providing personalized service, including product quotes and stock checks, will be expected.

• You will facilitate sample and mailer requests with precision and care.

• Managing reserve requests and proactively providing ETA and product status updates is required.

• Timely responses through phone and email, executed with grace and professionalism, will be your duty.

• You will act as a trusted design concierge, assisting with product selections and service guidance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, sales development, or telesales; ideally within the design or interiors sector.

• Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone.

• A demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and convert opportunities into sales is essential.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly establish rapport are necessary.

• Experience with a CRM platform and consistent management of activity, pipeline, and follow-up is required.

• The ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong time management and self-discipline is critical.

• A proactive approach to prospecting, which includes cold outreach and developing new business opportunities, is needed.

• Candidates should be naturally curious, possessing strong listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful, open-ended questions.

• Highly motivated, competitive, and driven individuals who aspire to achieve and surpass goals are preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities are essential.

• Comfort in adjusting your communication style to suit various client personalities and needs is important.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a readiness to collaborate and learn is required.
