This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enjoys engaging with individuals, identifying challenges, and facilitating new business opportunities.
• You will serve as the frontline member of our commercial team, converting leads into tangible opportunities.
• Execute multichannel outbound prospecting through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Strategically assess leads and provide the sales team with pertinent information for successful closing.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients until conversion occurs.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales closers.
• Oversee the pipeline, activities, and interactions within the CRM (Kommo).
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for prospecting and generated opportunities, emphasizing performance and predictability.
• Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Pre-sales, or in Consultative Sales.
• Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication style.
• Understanding of sales funnels and outbound prospecting methodologies.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong focus on results, high execution pace, and eagerness for continuous learning.
