This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with potential customers who align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Perform extensive outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media channels, achieving over 80 dials daily to generate qualified leads.

• Research companies and key decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts and enhance engagement.

• Assess both inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong fit prior to transferring to Account Executives.

• Conduct live call transfers to Account Executives when prospects indicate readiness to engage.

• Oversee the progression of leads through the sales funnel utilizing CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate territory strategies and promote pipeline expansion.

• Share insights, ideas, and best practices with colleagues to boost overall team performance.

• Maintain regular follow-up with all leads to foster relationships and advance opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a sales or business development position with a proven track record in lead generation or client engagement.

• A higher education background in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey value effectively and persuasively.

• Excellent time management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet targets, including achieving 4 qualified meetings per week.

• A proactive attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement and personal responsibility.

• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools for managing and tracking activities.

• Adept at researching target markets, identifying opportunities, and developing outreach strategies.

• Fluency in English is required.
