This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Evaluate inbound leads from platform funnels based on established ICP criteria.
• Engage founder and startup communities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
• Craft clear and personalized outreach messages that resonate with early-stage founders and B2B decision-makers.
• Efficiently transition qualified prospects from initial contact to scheduled meetings.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring accurate context and qualification notes are provided.
• Manage scheduling and follow-up to keep prospects engaged during the handoff process.
• Keep a clean and precise record of all outreach and qualification activities in the CRM.
• Monitor outreach efforts, qualification rates, and metrics for meeting conversions.
• Identify trends in lead quality, objections, or funnel performance and report to the team.
• Maintain a consistent daily activity level across both inbound and outbound channels.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales or as an SDR, with a proven record of qualifying leads and securing meetings.
• Proficient in LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting targeted at B2B audiences.
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and an understanding of the challenges faced by founders and early-stage companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, exhibiting a confident and professional tone.
• Experienced in using CRM platforms to track leads and manage pipeline activities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing a large volume of leads simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and sustaining consistent activity without close supervision.
