Appointment Setter / SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Link entrepreneurs and businesses with exceptional remote talent.

• Foster strong, trustworthy partnerships.

• Meet client objectives while ensuring virtual professionals experience purpose and growth.

• Commit to a 40-hour workweek aligned with MST time zone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Conduct outbound cold calls from pre-existing lead lists.

• Schedule appointments for closers to present and secure new clients.

• Work from leads that have already been sourced and entered into their CRM.

• Potentially assist with lead generation and data scraping as needed.

• Utilize existing scripts/processes and contribute to their ongoing refinement.

• Background in B2B sales is preferred over direct-to-consumer sales.

• Familiarity with Apollo.

• Familiarity with Zoho.

• Experience in the solar industry is preferred, particularly with installer-facing roles over homeowner solar sales.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Strong preference for candidates with B2B sales experience, enough to be a criterion in sourcing.
