This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist users and potential clients in navigating their Grafana experience
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to uncover new business opportunities
• Cultivate valuable and transferable skills
• Manage both reactive and proactive tasks effectively
• Conduct research and create thoughtful communication strategies
• Lead business discussions over the phone
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Must be situated in NORAM
• Receptive to feedback and coaching
• Possess a clear and concise written and verbal communication style
• Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities
• Eager and capable of undertaking tasks of any size, prioritizing quality
