This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video outreach.

• Investigate target accounts and create tailored outreach for decision-makers in logistics and freight.

• Assess inbound leads and MQLs from marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Develop and enhance outbound sequences, conduct A/B testing on messaging, and contribute to shaping the playbook as we expand.

• Schedule meetings that lead to conversions for Account Executives — achieving your pipeline goals.

• Maintain accurate activity data in HubSpot.

• Communicate what strategies are effective and which are not. Your role is to help establish this function, not merely execute it.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales development, focusing on upper mid-market or enterprise accounts — you have engaged with large organizations, not just SMBs.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Practical experience with contemporary prospecting tools: CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), sequencing platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video prospecting tools (Vidyard, Loom, or similar).

• Ability to create a multi-touch outbound sequence from the ground up and articulate the purpose of each step.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — your cold emails are human-like and relatable.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone, resilient in the face of rejection, and quick to recover.

• Self-driven and organized — you take charge of managing your own pipeline.

• Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with minimal structure and ample opportunity to innovate.

• Bonus Points For: Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain; Background in an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company; Familiarity with AI tools in your workflow.
