This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborating with full-cycle Account Executives on territory planning to cultivate high-quality opportunities within designated geographic areas or industry sectors.
• Qualifying all incoming leads by functioning as a consultant, aiming to comprehend prospects' needs and addressing them directly.
• Engaging in prospecting activities by utilizing innovative techniques and strategies to research potential companies and buyers, targeting them with persona-specific communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Addressing objections and effectively conveying Payscale’s value propositions to key decision-makers such as Senior Managers and Executives regarding suitable product offerings.
• Keeping records current and supplying valuable market intelligence to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams using sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Meeting monthly pipeline objectives established by sales management.
• Committing to continuous learning through mock calls, formal training, and regular coaching and feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience, ideally 1-2 years in sales, including phone-based lead generation, inside sales and/or business development, territory planning, and outbound prospecting.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Skilled in sales enablement tools such as Outreach/Salesloft and Highspot.
