Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify, data mine, prospect, and transfer qualified leads to Account Executives (AEs)

• Utilize the Pathify technology stack for prospecting, with a strong focus on phone outreach

• Conduct high-level demonstrations of the Pathify platform to potential clients

• Develop quarterly account development strategies in collaboration with leadership

• Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities as outlined in the account development strategy

• Analyze trends and identify new opportunities to enhance top-of-funnel conversion rates

• Document activities and update pipeline metrics on a daily basis

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services, and innovate new methods to support businesses

• Ensure a seamless transition to AEs for all new prospects following qualification calls

• Adhere to all operational protocols, verbal instructions, training materials, and policies while executing responsibilities

• Additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales or marketing

• Dedication to sales as a profession and a discipline

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in a similar position

• Willingness to travel once per quarter

• Experience in higher education is a plus

• Start-up experience is advantageous
