This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and various lead generation methods.
• Oversee outbound prospecting and lead generation initiatives throughout the EMEA region.
• Identify and engage with potential prospects across targeted accounts and industries.
• Create qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Assess leads based on business requirements, decision-making hierarchy, budget, and compatibility.
• Effectively progress qualified prospects through the initial phases of the sales lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate CRM records, activity tracking, pipeline updates, and disciplined reporting.
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales leadership to synchronize outreach strategies and target accounts.
• Leverage modern prospecting and outreach tools to enhance engagement and optimize pipeline generation efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or B2B prospecting.
• Proven history of success in cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound engagement.
• Consistent ability to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English and French is essential (both written and verbal).
• Preferred Skills:
• Background in SaaS, technology, enterprise sales, or B2B services environments.
• Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies and pipeline management.
• Experience in engaging enterprise-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined approach to outreach activities.
