Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Conduct highly effective sales calls via phone on a daily basis.

• Compose meticulously crafted business emails.

• Consistently meet individual and team KPIs related to qualified opportunities and pipeline advancement.

• Clearly articulate the Paper value proposition to evaluate customer objectives, needs, and purchasing interest.

• Create a favorable first impression with prospects and customers by delivering a world-class experience.

• Qualify sales opportunities and facilitate introductions for the Partnership Managers.

• Address customer objections to generate valuable opportunities for the Partnership Managers.

• Generate interest and develop a partnership narrative that addresses the challenges faced by potential customers.

• Experience in B2B Inside Sales.

• Proven experience in making sales calls.

• Proficient in drafting sales emails and communications.

• Knowledge of the public and private education systems.

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in public speaking and presentation.

• A track record of achieving success.

• Team-oriented with the ability to be both a leader and a supportive team member.

• Exceptional listening skills and a capacity to understand unique customer challenges.
