📋 Description

• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is tasked with New Lead Prospecting and Opportunity Generation. This position is pivotal to Omilia’s revenue operations, concentrating on generating Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and a thorough understanding of how Omilia’s Cloud Platform (OCP) enhances business performance.

• **Accountabilities**

• - Oversees outbound prospecting efforts and inbound lead responses within the designated territory.

• - Responsible for securing a minimum quota of three (3) Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) monthly once fully ramped.

• - Accountable for accurate logging of CRM activities and pipeline attribution in Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive and current client information.

• - Serves as the initial point of contact for potential Omilia clients, ensuring a compelling first impression.

• - Tasked with responding to new opportunities and partner inquiries within 48 hours.

• **Key Responsibilities**

• - Generate qualified sales leads through a combination of outbound cold calling, social media engagement, and email communication.

• - Qualify opportunities according to the MEDDPPIC framework (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, and Champion).

• - Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for the North American Account Executives.

• - Support and demonstrate Omilia's platform to both new and existing clients.

• - Manage a personal portfolio of accounts and strategize effective account management. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to manage inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ensure appropriate disposition.

• - Provide constructive insights on enhancing SDR role effectiveness to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement.

• - Assist in implementing new tools and outreach strategies to streamline internal processes.

• - Continue to assist in resolving customer issues post-order acceptance until a complete transition to the Services Organization occurs.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Technical / Professional Skills**

• - 0-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position.

• - Proficient in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales engagement platforms.

• - Capability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including executive, financial, and technical decision-makers.

• - Understanding of Omilia's product offerings and how to align them with prospect needs.

• **Soft / Behavioural Skills**

• - High energy, resilient, and driven by the achievement of monthly quotas.

• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent Omilia's products and services.

• - Organized and disciplined in managing daily activities and outreach sequences.

• **Formal Requirements**

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

• - Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is mandatory.

• - Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, including overnight trips.

• - Compliance with the 90-day Participant Ramp Up grace period before monthly quota obligations commence.

• - Strict adherence to the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) Policy.
