Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and respond to inbound marketing and intent signals to pinpoint high-potential prospects.

• Conduct strategic, personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our account executives.

• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and enhance feedback loops.

• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure pipeline activities are thoroughly documented.

• Represent Oleria at local meetups, industry conferences, and field events.

• Generate, capture, and qualify leads from in-person and community engagements.

• Assist in planning and executing events that enhance Oleria's brand and community presence.

• Foster and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and community members.

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on follow-up and pipeline transitions.

• Recent graduate or current student.

• High energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine curiosity about people and challenges.

• Coachable with a growth mindset — eager to learn the art of sales.

• Strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through; you deliver on your promises.

• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or startups is advantageous, though not mandatory.
