📋 Description

• Develop and Qualify Sales Pipeline

• Conduct outreach to potential accounts through various outbound methods such as cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools

• Secure and qualify meetings with prospective clients by identifying their business challenges and aligning opportunities with Observe.AI’s solutions

• Research target accounts and prioritize outreach methods based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment, buying signals, and market potential

• Consistently meet and surpass pipeline generation targets, including scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities

• Assist Field & Event Marketing Initiatives

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance engagement before, during, and after events

• Utilize tools like Vendelux to identify prospects and arrange meetings in conjunction with conferences and industry events

• Participate in customer-facing dinners, roundtables, forums, and conferences

• Become a Product & Market Specialist

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Observe.AI’s AI platform and its unique positioning in the contact center and customer experience market

• Effectively communicate value propositions to both technical and business audiences

• Share insights on market trends, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging AI developments

• Leverage Advanced Sales Technology

• Employ tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, and other prospecting platforms to enhance efficiency and visibility into the pipeline

• Maintain precise activity tracking, prospect information, and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce

• Collaborate Across Go-To-Market Teams

• Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, providing frontline insights from the market that can directly impact outreach strategy and product roadmap development.

• Collaborate with Account Executive teams to strategize outreach and ensure smooth transitions of opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within high-growth or startup environments (internship experience is welcome)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or IT fields preferred

• Strong enthusiasm for enterprise sales and AI technology

• Highly driven by goals, performance metrics, and career advancement

• Self-motivated, curious, coachable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Persistent, organized, and diligent in follow-ups, understanding that success in sales results from consistent effort

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences

• Comfortable utilizing modern AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance workflow and efficiency

• Naturally collaborative and enjoys sharing best practices while learning from others

• Energetic and confident, engaging prospects through high-volume dialing and other outbound activities, bringing a ‘smile and dial’ approach and smoothly overcoming objections

• Willing and able to travel approximately 20–30% of the time for customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and team collaboration opportunities.
